How to Make Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Dilly Bites
Here are the ingredients you need to make these air fryer bacon wrapped dilly bites, plus step by step instructions for how to make them.
Ingredients
- 2 – 3.5 oz packages Oh Snap! Dilly Bites
- 6 bacon slices

Step by Step Instructions
1. Slice each bacon strip in half crosswise. This gives you 12 shorter pieces – just the right size to wrap around the Dilly Bites without too much overlap.

2. Open both packages of Oh Snap! Dilly Bites and pour them into a small bowl. From there, pick out 12 of the largest pickle pieces. Set aside any smaller ones (they’re perfect for snacking while you prep!).
3. Lay one half-slice of bacon on a clean surface. Place one Dilly Bite at one end of the bacon. Begin wrapping it snugly, stretching the bacon gently as you go to ensure it covers most of the pickle without tearing. You want the bacon to be secure, but not too tight that it breaks.

4. Insert a toothpick through the center of each bacon-wrapped Dilly Bite to hold everything in place during cooking. This also makes them easy to serve and eat.

5. Place the wrapped bites in a single layer in your air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch. This helps them crisp up evenly. Set the air fryer to 385°F and cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket gently every 5 minutes to ensure all sides get crispy and golden.

6. Once the bacon is fully cooked and crispy, use tongs to transfer the bites to a plate. Let them cool for 1-2 minutes – they’ll be hot! Serve immediately while they’re warm and crunchy.

With just two simple ingredients and an air fryer, you have a crave-worthy snack that’s as easy to make. These air fryer bacon wrapped dilly bites are a flavor-packed twist on classic pickle snacks, perfect for low-carb eaters, pickle lovers, and bacon fans alike. Serve them up hot and watch them disappear, because once you take a bite, there’s no going back!
