How to Make Leprechaun Bark
Here are the ingredients you need to make this Leprechaun bark, plus step by step instructions for how to make it.
Ingredients
- 12 oz green candy melts
- 1 cup Lucky Charms cereal
- ¼ cup mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup crushed pretzels
- 2 tbsp gold sanding sugar

Step by Step Instructions
1. Line a 9×13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper, making sure it fully covers the surface. Set aside.
2. Add the green candy melts to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each round, until the candy is fully melted and smooth.

3. Pour the melted candy onto the prepared baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it into an even layer.

4. While the candy is still warm, scatter the Lucky Charms, crushed pretzels, mini marshmallows, and gold sanding sugar evenly over the top. Lightly press larger pieces into the candy so they stick.

5. Transfer the pan to the refrigerator and chill for about 20 minutes, or until the bark is fully set.
6. Once firm, break the bark into pieces.

7. Serve and enjoy.

Notes
- Add toppings right away after spreading the candy so everything sticks properly.
- You can customize with extras like shamrock sprinkles, a white chocolate drizzle, or additional cereal for extra crunch.
