  • 28 oz can, plus 10 oz can Enchilada sauce
  • 16 oz medium cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 10 medium flour tortillas

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Spoon a thin layer of enchilada sauce across the bottom of the dish to prevent sticking.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, half of the enchilada sauce, and half of the shredded cheese. Stir until well combined.
