How to Make Crab Rangoon Dip with Sweet Chili Sauce
Here are the ingredients you need to make this crab rangoon recipe, plus step by step instructions for how to make it.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 green onions, finely diced plus a few diced to top
- 4 oz Monterey jack cheese
- 8 oz Imitation crab meat, chopped
- 1-2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- Wonton wraps (optional)

Step by Step Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small baking dish.
2. Cut the green onions. Finely slice a portion for the dip and cut the remaining regular size for garnish.

3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chopped green onions, shredded cheese, and crab meat. Stir until evenly blended.

4. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, until heated through. Switch the oven to broil and cook for 1-3 minutes more, just until the top is lightly golden and bubbling.

5. While the dip bakes, cut the Wonton wrappers diagonally into triangles. Arrange them on a tray, and lightly coat both sides with cooking spray. Then, air fry at 400°F for 3-5 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crisp.

6. Remove the dip from the oven and drizzle with sweet chili sauce.

7. Garnish with the reserved green onions.

8. Serve warm with Wonton chips, crackers, or tortilla chips.
