Ingredients
- 4 slices roast beef from deli, diced small
- ½ cup finely diced green pepper

5. Spoon the mixture into the phyllo shells, filling each one evenly. Sprinkle a little extra cheese on top of each cup.

7. Let them cool for a minute or two, then serve warm and enjoy!
