How to Make Reindeer Strawberries

  • 6 medium strawberries
  • ½ cup milk chocolate melting wafers
  • 6 red M&Ms candies
  • 12 candy eyeballs
  • 6 pretzels, broken in half

Step by Step Instructions

1. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper to keep the strawberries from sticking.

2. Carefully break the pretzels in half to create the reindeer antlers.

3. Add the chocolate wafers to a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each one, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted (this usually takes about 1-2 minutes).

4. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, coating most of the berry but leaving a bit of red showing near the top.

5. Place the coated strawberry on the prepared baking sheet.

6. While the chocolate is still soft, press on two candy eyes near the center and a red M&M toward the tip for the nose.

7. Continue dipping and decorating the remaining strawberries one at a time so the chocolate doesn’t set before adding the decorations.

8. Once the chocolate has hardened, gently press a pretzel half into each side near the top to make the antlers.
