  • 1 large cucumber
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • 4 oz cold smoked salmon
  • 1 teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill

1. Cut the cucumber into approximately 20 even slices, about ¼-inch thick. You want them thick enough to hold the toppings but still easy to bite into. Then chop the fresh dill and cut the smoked salmon into 20 small pieces.

2. Lay the cucumber slices flat on a serving tray or baking sheet.
