- 1 large cucumber
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- 4 oz cold smoked salmon
- 1 teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
Cut the cucumber into approximately 20 even slices, about ¼-inch thick. You want them thick enough to hold the toppings but still easy to bite into. Then chop the fresh dill and cut the smoked salmon into 20 small pieces.
Lay the cucumber slices flat on a serving tray or baking sheet.
Crumble a small amount of feta cheese onto each cucumber slice. You don’t need a lot - just enough to add a bit of creamy, tangy flavor. Then, place a piece of smoked salmon on top. You can let it drape naturally or fold it slightly for a more elegant presentation.
Lightly sprinkle Everything Bagel Seasoning over the bites. A little goes a long way, so start with a small amount and add more if needed.
Finally, place a small sprig of fresh dill on each bite for a pop of color and extra freshness.
These salmon cucumber bites can be served immediately, or you can refrigerate them until you’re ready. If making them ahead, cover the tray loosely with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for up to a few hours. Serve chilled and enjoy!
