Let’s be honest, anytime bacon is involved, you know it’s going to be good. These Air Fryer Pig Shots are one of those snacks that make you do a happy dance after the first bite. They’re smoky, cheesy, and just the right amount of indulgent.
I first made them for a football watch party, and now they’ve become my go-to appetizer whenever I want to impress without spending hours in the kitchen.

If you’re looking for a crowd-pleasing appetizer that’s as fun to make as it is to eat, these air fryer pig shots are your answer! Whether you’re hosting a game day gathering, holiday party, or just craving a savory snack, these little bites are guaranteed to disappear fast.
How to Make Air Fryer Pig Shots
Here are the ingredients you need to make these pig shots in an air fryer, plus step by step instructions for how to make them.
Ingredients
- 14 oz kielbasa, cut into 20 slices
- 1 lb thick sliced bacon, cut in half
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Step by Step Instructions
1. Cut the kielbasa into about 20 even rounds. Then cut each strip of bacon in half.

2. Take a piece of bacon and wrap it around the edge of a kielbasa slice to form a little cup or “shot.” Secure the bacon in place with a toothpick through the side.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheese, and garlic until well combined.

4. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag and carefully fill each bacon-wrapped cup with the cheesy filling.

5. Arrange the pig shots in a single layer in your air fryer basket (you may need to cook in batches). Air fry for 20 minutes, giving the basket a shake around the 10-minute mark for even cooking.

6. Let them cool for a couple minutes, then serve warm. Enjoy!

It doesn’t get much better than bacon-wrapped, cheese-stuffed sausage bites cooked to crispy perfection. They may look fancy, but they’re honestly so easy to throw together (and totally worth it). Whether you’re hosting friends or just want something fun to snack on, these pig shorts hit the spot every time. Fair warning: make a double batch, because people will fight over the last one.
