Ingredients

  • 14 oz kielbasa, cut into 20 slices
  • 1 lb thick sliced bacon, cut in half
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder, shredded

Instructions

  • Cut the kielbasa into about 20 even rounds. Then cut each strip of bacon in half.
  • Take a piece of bacon and wrap it around the edge of a kielbasa slice to form a little cup or “shot.” Secure the bacon in place with a toothpick through the side.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheese, and garlic until well combined.
  • Spoon the mixture into a piping bag and carefully fill each bacon-wrapped cup with the cheesy filling.
  • Arrange the pig shots in a single layer in your air fryer basket (you may need to cook in batches). Air fry for 20 minutes, giving the basket a shake around the 10-minute mark for even cooking.
  • Let them cool for a couple minutes, then serve warm. Enjoy!
