- 14 oz kielbasa, cut into 20 slices
- 1 lb thick sliced bacon, cut in half
- 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder, shredded
Cut the kielbasa into about 20 even rounds. Then cut each strip of bacon in half.
Take a piece of bacon and wrap it around the edge of a kielbasa slice to form a little cup or “shot.” Secure the bacon in place with a toothpick through the side.
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheese, and garlic until well combined.
Spoon the mixture into a piping bag and carefully fill each bacon-wrapped cup with the cheesy filling.
Arrange the pig shots in a single layer in your air fryer basket (you may need to cook in batches). Air fry for 20 minutes, giving the basket a shake around the 10-minute mark for even cooking.
Let them cool for a couple minutes, then serve warm. Enjoy!
