- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onions

- 4 oz portobello mushrooms, chopped
- 1 – 1 ¼ cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
- Fresh parsley to garnish

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. Cut the mushrooms, then chop the onions and parsley, and set aside.

3. Slice the baguette into 25 pieces, about ¼-½ inch thick. Arrange the slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
