How to Make Cranberry Pistachio Bark

Ingredients
- 12 oz. Chocolate block
- ¼ cup pistachios, slightly chopped
- ¼ cup dried cranberries

Step by Step Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
2. Cut the chocolate block into smaller pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl.

3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each round, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly into a layer about ¼ inch thick.

5. Evenly sprinkle the chopped pistachios and dried cranberries over the top while the chocolate is still warm.

6. Place the tray in the freezer for about 10 minutes, or until the bark is firm.
7. Once set, remove and break into pieces of your preferred size.
