This Cranberry Pistachio Bark is an easy, no-bake holiday treat made with just chocolate, pistachios, and cranberries. Perfect for dessert trays, last-minute gifts, or a quick sweet snack.

- 12 oz. Chocolate block
- ¼ cup pistachios, slightly chopped
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
Cut the chocolate block into smaller pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each round, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly into a layer about ¼ inch thick.
Evenly sprinkle the chopped pistachios and dried cranberries over the top while the chocolate is still warm.
Place the tray in the freezer for about 10 minutes, or until the bark is firm.
Once set, remove and break into pieces of your preferred size.
Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container until ready to serve or gift.
