This Cranberry Pistachio Bark is an easy, no-bake holiday treat made with just chocolate, pistachios, and cranberries. Perfect for dessert trays, last-minute gifts, or a quick sweet snack.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Chocolate block
  • ¼ cup pistachios, slightly chopped
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • Cut the chocolate block into smaller pieces and place them in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each round, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it evenly into a layer about ¼ inch thick.
  • Evenly sprinkle the chopped pistachios and dried cranberries over the top while the chocolate is still warm.
  • Place the tray in the freezer for about 10 minutes, or until the bark is firm.
  • Once set, remove and break into pieces of your preferred size.
  • Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container until ready to serve or gift.
