How to Make Santa Hat Mini Cheesecakes

Ingredients

  • 20 golden Oreo cookies
  • 24 ounces Philadelphia cheesecake filling
  • 20 strawberries
  • 20 mini marshmallows

Step by Step Instructions

1. Lay the Oreo cookies flat on a tray or serving board to create the base for each cheesecake bite.

2. Cut the stem ends off the strawberries so they sit flat when placed on top of the cheesecake filling.

3. Spoon the cheesecake filling into a piping bag (or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off).

4. Pipe a small dollop of cheesecake filling onto the center of each cookie.

5. Gently press a strawberry, tip side up, onto, tip side up, on the cheesecake filling, so it stays in place.

6. Pipe a small dot of cheesecake filling to the tip of each strawberry and place a mini marshmallow on top to complete the “Santa hat.”

7. Serve right away, or refrigerate briefly until ready to serve.
