Make these cute Santa hat mini cheesecakes with just 4 ingredients. A quick, no-bake Christmas dessert that’s perfect for parties and holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 20 golden Oreo cookies
  • 24 ounces Philadelphia cheesecake filling
  • 20 strawberries
  • 20 mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Lay the Oreo cookies flat on a tray or serving board to create the base for each cheesecake bite.
  • Cut the stem ends off the strawberries so they sit flat when placed on top of the cheesecake filling.
  • Spoon the cheesecake filling into a piping bag (or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off).
  • Pipe a small dollop of cheesecake filling onto the center of each cookie.
  • Gently press a strawberry, tip side up, onto the cheesecake filling so it stays in place.
  • Pipe a small dot of cheesecake filling to the tip of each strawberry and place a mini marshmallow on top to complete the “Santa hat.”
  • Serve right away, or refrigerate briefly until ready to serve.
