How to Make Christmas Tree Veggie Pizza

  • 8 oz tube Crescent Dough sheet
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 oz packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup chopped carrots
  • ½ cup chopped broccoli
  • ½ chopped red pepper
  • ½ chopped yellow pepper

Step by Step Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Finely chop all your vegetables and set them aside.

3. Unroll the crescent dough sheet onto a lightly floured surface or directly on the baking sheet. Use a Christmas tree-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes, pressing and wiggling it slightly to cut all the way through. Gather and re-roll the scraps if needed to make more trees.

4. Arrange the dough trees on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden.

5. Let the baked trees cool completely before adding toppings.

6. In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.

7. Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture over each cooled tree.

8. Combine the chopped vegetables in a separate bowl, then sprinkle them evenly over the top of each tree.

9. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
