Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Finely chop all your vegetables and set them aside.
Unroll the crescent dough sheet onto a lightly floured surface or directly on the baking sheet. Use a Christmas tree-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes, pressing and wiggling it slightly to cut all the way through. Gather and re-roll the scraps if needed to make more trees.
Arrange the dough trees on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Let the baked trees cool completely before adding toppings.
In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture over each cooled tree.
Combine the chopped vegetables in a separate bowl, then sprinkle them evenly over the top of each tree.
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
