- 2 cups water, divided
- 8 oz container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 tsp blue sugar sprinkles

1. Pour the berry blue Jello powder into a medium-sized, heat-safe mixing bowl.

2. Pour 1 cup of water into a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Pour the hot water over the Jello powder. Use a whisk or spoon to stir the mixture for about 2-3 minutes, making sure the gelatin completely dissolves. You’ll know it’s ready when the liquid is smooth and clear, without any grainy texture.
