Bacon Wrapped Crackers

These bacon wrapped crackers are a crispy, cheesy, and irresistible appetizer made with just three ingredients. Perfect for parties, game day, or holiday snacks.

Ingredients

  • 24 Club Crackers
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 12 slices of bacon, cut in half

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 250°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup, then place a wire rack on top (this allows the bacon to cook evenly and get nice and crispy).
  • Cut the bacon in half so you have 24 shorter strips.
  • Arrange the Club crackers on a tray or board. Sprinkle some of the Parmesan on top of each one.
  • Wrap each cracker with a half slice of bacon, keeping the seam side down so it stays snug during baking.
  • Place the wrapped crackers on the wire rack, making sure they’re evenly spaced.
  • Bake for 1½ to 2 hours, or until the bacon is as crispy as you like it. (We found 1 hour and 45 minutes to be the sweet spot!)
  • Let the crackers rest for 5-10 minutes after baking, they’ll crisp up even more as they cool. Serve and enjoy!
