Bacon Wrapped Crackers
These bacon wrapped crackers are a crispy, cheesy, and irresistible appetizer made with just three ingredients. Perfect for parties, game day, or holiday snacks.

- 24 Club Crackers
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 12 slices of bacon, cut in half
Preheat your oven to 250°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup, then place a wire rack on top (this allows the bacon to cook evenly and get nice and crispy).
Cut the bacon in half so you have 24 shorter strips.
Arrange the Club crackers on a tray or board. Sprinkle some of the Parmesan on top of each one.
Wrap each cracker with a half slice of bacon, keeping the seam side down so it stays snug during baking.
Place the wrapped crackers on the wire rack, making sure they’re evenly spaced.
Bake for 1½ to 2 hours, or until the bacon is as crispy as you like it. (We found 1 hour and 45 minutes to be the sweet spot!)
Let the crackers rest for 5-10 minutes after baking, they’ll crisp up even more as they cool. Serve and enjoy!
