Ingredients

  • 1 pear
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • ground black pepper
  • 15 mini phyllo tart shells

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Peel the pear, remove the core, and cut it into small, even pieces so they fit nicely in the phyllo shells.
  • Arrange the mini phyllo tart shells on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Spoon a few pieces of diced pear into each shell, filling them about halfway.
  • Add a small amount of crumbled blue cheese on top of the pear and finish with a light sprinkle of black pepper.
  • Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the shells are crisp.
  • Let the tartlets cool slightly, then serve them warm.
