- 1 pear
- ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
- ground black pepper
- 15 mini phyllo tart shells
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Peel the pear, remove the core, and cut it into small, even pieces so they fit nicely in the phyllo shells.
Arrange the mini phyllo tart shells on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Spoon a few pieces of diced pear into each shell, filling them about halfway.
Add a small amount of crumbled blue cheese on top of the pear and finish with a light sprinkle of black pepper.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the shells are crisp.
Let the tartlets cool slightly, then serve them warm.
