Ingredients
8-12Mini Peppers (depending on size)
5.3ozBoursin Garlic and Herb Cheese Spread
Fresh parsley, to garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Cut each mini pepper in half lengthwise, then remove the seeds and membranes from the center. Arrange the pepper halves cut-side up so they’re ready to fill.
Finely chop the fresh parsley and set it aside for garnish.
Spoon the Boursin cheese into each pepper half, spreading it evenly so each one is nicely filled. Place the stuffed peppers onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the peppers are slightly softened and the cheese is warm and creamy. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
The number of peppers you’ll need will vary based on size. Smaller mini peppers may require about 12, while larger ones will likely only need 8.
