Ingredients
6ozbowtie pasta noodles
⅔cupslaw dressing (I like Marzetti brand)
1pintcherry tomatoes
3mini cucumbers
Instructions
Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the bowtie noodles according to the package directions until tender. Drain the pasta, rinse under cold water to cool it down, then transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
Pour the dressing over the cooled pasta and stir until the noodles are evenly coated.
Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and cut the tomatoes in half if they are large. Add the vegetables to the bowl and gently toss everything together.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving so the flavors have time to blend together.

This recipe can serve anywhere from 6 to 10 people depending on portion size.
