- ½ loaf of baguette, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 25 small pieces
- ¼ cup apple butter
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Slice the baguette into about 25 thin pieces and cut the brie into 25 small chunks.
Lay the bread slices on the prepared baking sheet.
Lightly brush the tops of each slice with olive oil.
Bake for 5-6 minutes, just until the bread starts to crisp around the edges. Remove from the oven.
Place one piece of brie on each toasted slice, then add a small spoonful of apple butter on top.
Return the tray to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the brie is softened and slightly melted.
Serve the crostini warm.
