- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
- 1 - 18 oz box brownie mix
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1-2 tbsp mini chocolate chips for garnish
Add the brownie mix to a medium microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 15-second intervals for a total of 90 seconds, stirring between each interval. This step ensures the mix is safe to eat!
In a separate large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and use a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese on medium speed until it becomes smooth and creamy.
Then add the whipped topping and use a spatula to combine the two ingredients until the mixture is light, fluffy, and fully incorporated. This step gives your dip that light and airy texture that makes it irresistibly creamy.
Fold in the heat-treated brownie mix and milk, making sure there are no pockets of dry mix. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed.
Top your dip with mini chocolate chips for that extra touch of indulgence. (You can also add other toppings like chocolate shavings, sprinkles, or crushed cookies if you’re feeling creative)!
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until you’re ready to serve. Serve with cookies, pretzels, graham crackers, or fresh fruit for dipping.
