Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 - 18 oz box brownie mix
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1-2 tbsp mini chocolate chips for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the brownie mix to a medium microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 15-second intervals for a total of 90 seconds, stirring between each interval. This step ensures the mix is safe to eat!
  • In a separate large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and use a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese on medium speed until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  • Then add the whipped topping and use a spatula to combine the two ingredients until the mixture is light, fluffy, and fully incorporated. This step gives your dip that light and airy texture that makes it irresistibly creamy.
  • Fold in the heat-treated brownie mix and milk, making sure there are no pockets of dry mix. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed.
  • Top your dip with mini chocolate chips for that extra touch of indulgence. (You can also add other toppings like chocolate shavings, sprinkles, or crushed cookies if you’re feeling creative)!
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until you’re ready to serve. Serve with cookies, pretzels, graham crackers, or fresh fruit for dipping.
