Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 8 oz Buffalo sauce, plus a drizzle
  • 1 oz dry ranch seasoning packet
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
  • 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded and divided
  • 1 green onion, diced

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or a similar-sized casserole dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, and most of the shredded cheeses, reserving about ¼ cup of each cheese for the topping. Stir until everything is evenly mixed and creamy.
  • Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing it into an even layer.
  • Sprinkle the reserved cheddar and Colby Jack cheese evenly over the top.
  • Drizzle a little extra buffalo sauce over the cheese for added flavor.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with diced green onions, and serve warm.
