Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This keeps the chocolate from sticking and makes cleanup easier. Set it aside so it’s ready once the pretzels are dipped.

Place the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each round, until the candy melts are completely melted.

Dip one end of the pretzel rod into the melted candy coating. Then use a spoon to pour extra chocolate over the pretzel so it’s well coated.

Lay the dipped pretzel on the prepared baking sheet. Immediately place a Peep bunny on top of the coated section and add sprinkles. Hold the bunny gently in place for a few seconds so it sticks as the chocolate begins to set.

Allow the chocolate coating to fully set at room temperature, then serve or package.
