Ingredients
½head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
6-8slicesof salami, chopped
6-8slicesof pepperoni, large lunch meat size, chopped
6-8slicesof deli sliced turkey, chopped
1/4red onion, diced
1roma tomato, diced
2/3cupshredded cheese
1/4cupItalian dressing
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1/4teaspoonItalian seasoning
Instructions
Cut the salami, pepperoni, and turkey into bite-sized strips or small pieces, about 1 inch long, so they're easy to eat in every bite.
Chop the iceberg lettuce, dice the tomato and red onion, (and shred the cheese if you're not using pre-shredded).
Add the lettuce, meats, vegetables, cheese, Italian dressing, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to a large mixing bowl. Toss well until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
Serve immediately for the freshest texture, or cover and refrigerate until you're ready to enjoy. Give the salad a quick toss before serving if it has been chilled.
