Ingredients

  • ½ head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 6-8 slices of salami, chopped
  • 6-8 slices of pepperoni, large lunch meat size, chopped
  • 6-8 slices of deli sliced turkey, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1 roma tomato, diced
  • 2/3 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Cut the salami, pepperoni, and turkey into bite-sized strips or small pieces, about 1 inch long, so they're easy to eat in every bite.
  • Chop the iceberg lettuce, dice the tomato and red onion, (and shred the cheese if you're not using pre-shredded).
  • Add the lettuce, meats, vegetables, cheese, Italian dressing, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to a large mixing bowl. Toss well until everything is evenly coated with the dressing.
  • Serve immediately for the freshest texture, or cover and refrigerate until you're ready to enjoy. Give the salad a quick toss before serving if it has been chilled.
