Unwrap the cheese wedges and set them aside on a plate.

In a small bowl, combine the chopped pistachios, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds, then spread the mixture out on a small plate.

Place a cheese wedge onto the nut and fruit mixture, then turn it over and transfer it to a serving platter. Lightly press the topping into the cheese so it sticks.

Break the pretzel sticks in half and gently insert one half into the bottom of each cheese wedge to make the tree “trunk.”

Refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.
