Ingredients

  • 10 oz chocolate melting wafers
  • cup pecan halves
  • ½ cup dulce de leche caramel
  • 1 tbsp holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each round, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Spoon small circles of melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each one.
  • Place 2-3 pecan halves on top of each chocolate circle, pressing them in slightly so they stick.
  • Warm the dulce de leche in the microwave for about 30 seconds to loosen it up, then add a small spoonful over the pecans.
  • Spoon a little more melted chocolate on top to cover the caramel and pecans, then finish with festive sprinkles.
  • Let the clusters set at room temperature for about an hour, or place them in the fridge to speed things up. Once firm, they’re ready to enjoy.
