Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each round, until smooth and fully melted.
Spoon small circles of melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each one.
Place 2-3 pecan halves on top of each chocolate circle, pressing them in slightly so they stick.
Warm the dulce de leche in the microwave for about 30 seconds to loosen it up, then add a small spoonful over the pecans.
Spoon a little more melted chocolate on top to cover the caramel and pecans, then finish with festive sprinkles.
Let the clusters set at room temperature for about an hour, or place them in the fridge to speed things up. Once firm, they’re ready to enjoy.
