Ingredients

  • Rosemary
  • 2 - 2 ½ cups green grapes
  • 1 - 1 ½ cups red grapes
  • 8 oz block sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 3 oz raspberries

Instructions

  • Cut the block of cheddar cheese into even, bite-size cubes and set aside.
  • Place two sprigs of rosemary at the bottom of your platter to form the base.
  • Create two rows of green grapes just above the rosemary, keeping the second row slightly shorter to start forming the tree shape. Tuck a small rosemary sprig on each side above the grapes for a bit of greenery.
  • Add two rows of red grapes next, making each row narrower as you move upward. Once those are in place, fill in with a mix of green and red grapes so you have two full layers of fruit.
  • Follow with two rows of cheese cubes arranged in the same narrowing pattern. Place small rosemary sprigs on each side above the cheese, then add another layer of cheese cubes on top to give it some height.
  • Next, make two rows of raspberries, and then add another layer of raspberries on top of the two rows.
  • Add a sprig of rosemary on each side above the raspberries. Then place a few green and red grapes at the very top to complete the tree’s point.
  • Finally, set one cube of cheese in the center at the bottom of the platter to serve as the tree trunk.
