Cookie Dough Pumpkins

Make these cute cookie dough pumpkins with just 3 ingredients. A fun no-bake fall dessert that's perfect for Thanksgiving, bake sales, or festive snacking.

Ingredients

  • 12 pieces of safe to eat cookie dough
  • Orange sanding sugar
  • 6 pretzel sticks

Instructions

  • With clean, gloved hands, shape each portion of cookie dough into a smooth ball.
  • Using a toothpick, gently press vertical lines around the sides of each ball. Aim for 4 to 6 evenly spaced grooves to give them a pumpkin-like look.
  • To add some color, sparkle and texture, roll a few of the pumpkins in the orange sanding sugar.
  • Break the pretzel sticks in half and press one half into the top center of each pumpkin to create a stem.
  • Place your finished pumpkins in the fridge to chill until you’re ready to serve.
