Ingredients

  • 12 oz beef smoked sausage
  • 8 oz white cheddar cheese block
  • 15 oz can whole cranberry sauce
  • Parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Cut the cheese into about 30 even cubes. Slice the sausage into 30 rounds. Chop the parsley and set it aside for garnish.
  • Place the sausage pieces on the baking sheet and bake for about 5 minutes, just until they warm through.
  • Remove the tray from the oven. Place a cube of cheese on top of each sausage round, then add one whole cranberry plus a small spoonful of cranberry sauce on top.
  • Insert a toothpick straight through the cranberry, cheese, and sausage to hold everything together. Finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
  • Serve and enjoy!
