- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 cup butter (melted)
Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, dried cranberries, stuffing mix, beaten egg, chicken broth, poultry seasoning, and garlic salt. Use your hands to gently mix everything until the ingredients are evenly blended.
Scoop and shape the mixture into golf ball-sized portions, then arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each one. Brush the tops with melted butter for that golden, crispy finish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the outside is nicely browned and the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
Serve warm, either as-is or topped with a drizzle of gravy or a sprinkle of fresh parsley for a festive touch. Enjoy!
