  • Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). This ensures your snacks bake evenly and get that perfect crisp texture.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier. The parchment also helps the pepperoni slices crisp up nicely without sticking to the pan.
  • Lay 30 slices of pepperoni in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to leave a little space between each slice to allow for even baking.
  • Using a small spoon or butter knife, spread a dollop of softened cream cheese onto each pepperoni slice. Aim for an even layer, but it doesn’t need to be perfect—just enough to cover most of the surface.
  • Lightly sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the cream cheese layer. This adds a nice savory touch and helps bring out the flavor of the pepperoni.
  • Place a second slice of pepperoni on top of each assembled piece, creating a little sandwich. Press down gently to help it hold together.
  • Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the pepperoni starts to crisp around the edges and the cheese is warm and melty.
  • Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and transfer the snacks to a plate or another baking sheet lined with paper towels. This step helps soak up any excess grease from the pepperoni.
  • Serve the snack warm for the best flavor and texture. You can enjoy them as-is or pair them with a small bowl of marinara sauce for dipping. They’re perfect for sharing or savoring on your own!
