Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 oz packet of dry ranch seasoning
  • 3 tbsp broccoli chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp cucumber chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp carrots chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp red bell pepper chopped into small pieces
  • 3 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and the dry ranch seasoning mix. Use a hand mixer or a sturdy spoon to blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Make sure the ranch seasoning is evenly distributed for consistent flavor.
  • Transfer the creamy mixture into a shallow serving dish or pie plate. Spread it out evenly with a spatula, creating a smooth, flat layer.
  • Sprinkle the finely chopped broccoli, cucumber, carrots, and red bell pepper evenly over the creamy base. Add a final layer by scattering the shredded cheddar cheese on top. You can adjust the veggie quantities to your liking or substitute with your favorites!
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap or a lid. Place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour. This allows the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
  • When ready to serve, remove the dip from the fridge and pair it with an assortment of dippers such as crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggies like celery sticks, cherry tomatoes, or sliced peppers.
