Leprechaun Dip

- 4 oz. cream cheese softened at room temperature
- ½ cup butter softened at room temperature
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3-4 drops of green food coloring
- Green and gold sprinkles
Add the cream cheese and butter to a large mixing bowl. Using a whisk or electric mixer, beat until smooth and fully combined.
Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until the mixture is creamy and well blended.
Add the green food coloring and continue beating for about 2 minutes, until the dip is light, fluffy, and evenly colored.
Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with festive toppings, and serve with cookies, fruit, or pretzels, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
