Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened at room temperature
  • ½ cup butter softened at room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 3-4 drops of green food coloring
  • Green and gold sprinkles

Instructions

  • Add the cream cheese and butter to a large mixing bowl. Using a whisk or electric mixer, beat until smooth and fully combined.
  • Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until the mixture is creamy and well blended.
  • Add the green food coloring and continue beating for about 2 minutes, until the dip is light, fluffy, and evenly colored.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with festive toppings, and serve with cookies, fruit, or pretzels, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
