Ingredients

  • 6 oz box stuffing, prepared (we prefer Stove Top)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp gravy
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • Gravy for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a standard muffin pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the prepared stuffing with Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and salt. Stir until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the butter and gravy together for about 20 seconds, just until the butter is fully melted and the mixture is warm. Pour this over the stuffing mixture and stir well to coat.
  • Using an ice cream scoop, portion the mixture evenly into 9 cups of the muffin pan, pressing lightly to help them hold their shape.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the tops and edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from the pan and serve warm. Top with extra gravy, if you like.
