Cut star shapes out of the cheese slices using a small star-shaped cookie cutter. Place each cheese star on top of a star-shaped graham cracker.
Remove the green tops (sepals) from the strawberries, then slice them into halves or quarters depending on size. Cut the red bell pepper into thin, even strips for easy grabbing and color contrast on the board.
Divide the circle into four even sections (like a clock face at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o’clock). Add the red bell pepper strips on the top, the gummy candy on the right, the cashew nuts at the bottom and the mini mozzarella balls on the left.
Next, fill in the spaces between the four main sectors with the remaining items. Alternate textures and colors to keep it visually balanced and appetizing. Add small piles of blueberries, candy cherries, sliced strawberries, cheese-on-crackers, and mini white frosted cookies in the gaps. Finally, complete the wreath by forming an inner ring with graham cracker stars to frame the center.
