- 1 9x13 inch pan of prepared and cooled brownies (box made or homemade recipes)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3-4 tbsp milk
- 7 Mini Reese's
- 28 candy eyeballs
- 14 orange sprinkles
- 28 M&Ms buttons
- 14 pretzel sticks
With a sharp knife, slice the pan of brownies in half lengthwise. Take each half and cut it into 7 even triangles. Discard or save the uneven end pieces for snacking.
Place the brownie triangles in a single layer on a tray or baking sheet to make decorating easier.
Cut each Mini Reese’s Cup in half to create the snowmen’s hats. Break the pretzel sticks in half for the arms and set aside.
In a small bowl, stir together the powdered sugar and milk until you have a thick icing. It should be spreadable but not runny - if it’s too thin, add a little more sugar.
Work on 3 brownies at a time so the icing doesn’t harden before decorating. Spoon a small amount of icing onto the center of a brownie. Gently spread it downward and outward – slightly rounded, then upward (to form a snowman shape), leaving a small border around the edges.
Place a Reese’s Cup half at the top of the icing to form a hat.
Add two candy eyeballs just below the hat, then position an orange sprinkle underneath as the nose.
Press two M&Ms of the same color down the center of the snowman for buttons.
Finish by adding a pretzel half on each side for arms. Repeat with remaining brownies until all snowmen are decorated.
Serve and enjoy!
