- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 oz package freeze dried strawberries, divided
Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a little overhang so you can lift the fudge out easily later.
Remove about ¼ cup of the freeze-dried strawberries and set aside. Add the remaining strawberries and the sweetened condensed milk to a food processor. Blend until the berries are finely crushed and the mixture turns a smooth, even pink.
Transfer the strawberry mixture to a medium saucepan and add the white chocolate chips. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring regularly, until the chips are completely melted and everything is smooth.
Fold in the ¼ cup strawberries you set aside, then pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Spread it out evenly to the edges. Refrigerate for about 4 hours, or until fully set.
Once firm, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper. Place it on a cutting board and slice into 25 squares (5 rows by 5 rows).
Serve and enjoy!
