Ingredients
10ozchocolate melting wafers
8ozwhite chocolate melting wafers
¼cupred candy melts
¼cupValentine’s M&Ms
1-2tbspValentine’s sprinkles
Instructions
Line a baking sheet or flat tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Place the chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each round, until smooth and fully melted.
Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer using a spatula. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes, or until mostly set.
Melt the white chocolate and red candy melts in separate microwave-safe bowls, using the same 30-second, stir-between-intervals method.
Spread the melted white chocolate evenly over the chilled chocolate layer.
Immediately sprinkle with Valentine’s M&Ms, drizzle the red candy melts over the top, then add sprinkles so they stick.
Refrigerate for another 10 minutes, or until fully firm. Once set, break or cut into pieces.
Serve and enjoy or store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
Notes
This recipe makes about 15-18 servings, depending on how large you cut the chocolate bark.
