Ingredients

  • 10 oz chocolate melting wafers
  • 8 oz white chocolate melting wafers
  • ¼ cup red candy melts
  • ¼ cup Valentine’s M&Ms
  • 1-2 tbsp Valentine’s sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet or flat tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Place the chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each round, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer using a spatula. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes, or until mostly set.
  • Melt the white chocolate and red candy melts in separate microwave-safe bowls, using the same 30-second, stir-between-intervals method.
  • Spread the melted white chocolate evenly over the chilled chocolate layer.
  • Immediately sprinkle with Valentine’s M&Ms, drizzle the red candy melts over the top, then add sprinkles so they stick.
  • Refrigerate for another 10 minutes, or until fully firm. Once set, break or cut into pieces.
  • Serve and enjoy or store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

This recipe makes about 15-18 servings, depending on how large you cut the chocolate bark.
