Ingredients

  • 15 phyllo shells
  • 4 oz brie cheese
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup walnut pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Cut the brie into 15 small chunks, one for each phyllo shell.
  • Arrange the phyllo shells evenly on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out slightly.
  • Place a piece of brie into the center of each shell.
  • Add a few dried cranberries and walnut pieces on top of the brie. Don’t worry about being too precise, just aim for a good balance of sweet and crunchy.
  • Pop the tray in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the brie is soft and melty.
  • Serve warm and enjoy these festive little bites while they’re gooey and golden!
