Ingredients

  • 6 oz can crab meat, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F so it's ready when you are.
  • Slice the green onion and set it aside, you’ll use it as a fresh, flavorful topping.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth. Add in the Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and paprika. Mix until everything is well blended and creamy.
  • Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and crab meat, gently mixing to keep the crab nice and chunky.
  • Spoon the mixture into a shallow baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
  • Sprinkle the sliced green onions over the top for a pop of color and flavor.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and golden around the edges.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dippers like crackers, toasted bread slices, or crisp veggies. Enjoy!
