- 15.5 oz can cannellini beans, cooked, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well incorporated.
Transfer the dip to a bowl or serving dish. Serve immediately with your favorite dippers, or chill in the fridge for a bit to let the flavors meld. Enjoy!
