Ingredients
- 2-3 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2.5 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2-1 chili pepper (jalapeno)
- 5 sprigs cilantro
- 1 sprig mint
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step by Step Instructions
1. Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds, then finely dice them and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Peel and finely chop the onion. Roughly chop the cilantro and mint, and thinly slice the jalapeno after removing the seeds and membrane.

2. Rinse the lemon well, cut it in half, and squeeze the juice into a small bowl, removing any seeds as needed.
3. Add the onion, herbs, and chili to the tomatoes. Sprinkle in the seasonings and toss everything together until combined.

4. Pour the fresh lemon juice over the mixture and stir well so the ingredients and seasonings are evenly distributed throughout the salsa.
