Ingredients
2cupsbaby spinach
1cupsliced strawberries
¼cupwalnuts
¼cupFeta cheese
1 ½tbspbalsamic vinegar
1tbspolive oil
Instructions
Rinse and pat the strawberries dry, then slice them into thin pieces. Set them aside while you prepare the dressing.
In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and olive oil until the dressing is well combined.
Place the baby spinach in a medium mixing bowl. Add the sliced strawberries, crumbled feta, and walnuts.
Drizzle the balsamic dressing over the salad, then gently toss until the spinach and toppings are evenly coated. Be careful not to crush the strawberries.
Serve immediately while the spinach is crisp and the strawberries are fresh. If you'd like, top with a few extra walnuts or feta just before serving.
